Jon Halapio
About: Jon Halapio

Jon Halapio is an offensive lineman for the NY Giants and one of only a few Tongan players in the NFL. He was a stand-out RG at the University of Florida and was selected by New England, in the 6th Rd of the 2014 NFL Draft. In 2016, he signed with the Giants and made his first NFL start the following year--a prime-time Thanksgiving game at Washington. He started the final six games of the 2017 season at RG. That off-season, he began taking rotational snaps at C and by the end of training camp, he won the starting job for the 2018 season opener, against Jacksonville, at MetLife.

Off the field, Jon is grounded by faith, inspired by family, and happiest when he's with his wife, Sierra, and their two children, Savannah and Jeremiah.
